The first step is getting to know you! We believe that the better we know you the better we are able to create a tailored experience. We achieve this through both questionnaires and face to face meetings. 

Our Strategy team meets to assess the information and your needs to create a plan on how to best serve you.

  • Coaching throughout the relocation process such as: moving checklists, guidance on easing the transition for the children, customized recommendations of essential local vendors, extracurriculars, restaurants, community outlets, and other resources specific to your lifestyle

                     

  • School recommendations based on child profile and family preferences                                                                                                          

  • Boulder school selection guidance such as navigating the open enrollment process, planning successful school visits, meeting deadlines, and so much more!                                                                                                                    

  • Guidance on establishing relationships with schools selected which may include: comprehensive written school profiles, recommendations on how to communicate with school and set your child up for success  

                           

  • Guidance on how to foster your child's strengths & passions while supporting challenges

  • We communicate via email, text, phone, video conference, and face to face meetings 

  • In addition to scheduled meetings, we are available on an as needed basis 

  • We establish a working timeline to ensure we achieve the client's goals, meet deadlines, and stay on track

  • We schedule regular check-ins, taking into account what works best for the client
